How do i start again, purcgecompany is just duplicating and adding more chart of accounts. My account is now a mess. I feel I need to start again by deleting my account but will that mean I lose my trial period?
With the recent price increases, I have been reviewing which plans my clients are on. Some are on Essentials, when they really only use it for basic stuff, and could operate just as well on Simple Start. I went to downgrade them, and it comes up with a warning 'You will lose your data when you downgrade to a lower plan' I do not recall seeing this before. I fully understand that Simple Start has less functions available. But this clearly states that DATA will be lost if I downgrade them - which I obviously cannot have. So my question is - Do you really lose historical data when downgrading? Or is it the certain functions that are stopped, and you are just misleading subscribers by wanting them to keep to a higher level?

Hello,I run a business that is both a CIS Contractor and a CIS Subcontractor.I can deduct CIS from my subcontractors fine, all working on that end. The issue is that I cannot set customers as CIS Contractors. When I try to, it gives me this error:It looks like we don't have your CIS rate. To track your CIS suffered, update your settingsOn the article to set this up, it gives this instruction:If you also operate as a subcontractor, tick the I am a CIS subcontractor box and select your deduction rate from the dropdown menu.However, this is not an option for me. There is no tick boxes at all.
