I would like a button that opens choice of qb online advanced or other according to training purpose.

HelloOur company provide a student Visa services to international students. We have a problem how to add an account to this transactions.For example: Students wire or deposit their tuition fee into our checking account and we will pay tuition fee on behalf them to some university in one or two week later.I meant since some clients are not able to transfer money from abroad directly for a service in Canada, we get the money they provide to exchange companies and we pay the service fee to Canadian service providers on their behalf.Since this is not considered our income (just payment behalf of the clients to other institutes), could you help to how to assign this transaction? how to add an account to chart of account? or ....Please help us. 

Is the test for ProAdvisor certification open book?

I've read every post on this subject, they are all reset browser, clear cache, what about all this data entered on the invoice that I can't save?  I just lose that?  On a three year old software issue?  Has anyone come up with a reasonable fix, like locating the character that's just too ascii for QBOnline to handle? If the only solution is lose financial data, QB Online is now effectively demo software.  No one can trust it with their valuable time or company data, right?  What's the point of accounting software that forces you to re-enter data and create new errors? Anyone?  Any ideas for addressing this issue the Intuit doesn't feel is worth fixing for years, without throwing away work every time?

I would like to allow an employee to be able to access all reports such as trial balance, income statement and general ledger for all accounts other than payroll accounts.  I've been able to go to users/roles and give no access to the payroll module in QB but how do I make it so that they cannot print out the income statement and double click on salary expense and be able to see everyone's pay?

We're using Quickbooks online. Our second admin user has forgotten her password.

I'm having issues with my bookkeeper/accountant. I would like to let them go, but they are administrators of my QB profile. Does anybody have any experience on this process?

This is insane.  I can't get tech support for a user?  It has to be the primary contact?  Absolutely insane, impractical, impossible.  I am supposed to have the founder of the company call in because we can't get Adobe PDF attachments to be visible or open anymore?  No way!  We pay for 15 users licenses.. I can't have the owner of the company calling in when we have a tech issue.  SOMEBODY help me?
