To get a callback right away, you can reach our Intuit Experts through your account by following the steps on our contact page. Since you're planning to change your plan, what are you thinking about switching to? If you want to upgrade from your current plan, you can do it straight from your settings. Before you do, download all your work from QuickBooks Self-Employed, so you have an extra copy for safekeeping. Here’s how:

1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Subscriptions & billing and click Upgrade from the Profile column.
2. Choose the plan you want and click Sounds good.
3. Pick Bring my data if you want to copy things to QuickBooks Online, or choose Start Fresh. (Once you bring your data over, make sure open transactions are categorized and invoices are marked as paid first. Unpaid invoices can't be updated after the move, so you'd have to delete and recreate them.)
4. Review your payment details and select Change plan. Click Edit to update your payment method.
5. Answer or confirm some details about your business to start using QuickBooks Online.
