quickbooks added the advance and deleted my 2025 self employed account. how do I get it back?

When I try to post my response, a red error message comes up that says 'Authentication Failed'. I also received an email about the fact that someone had replied to my question in the community group. It is from a 'do not reply' email.

I am past the 90 day migration period for my QB online account. Can I move my QB desktop to a QB online trial account and then later move that file to my existing online account?

How do i change account number

Every single time I load the QB online website I'm greeted with this new "Find all your apps in one place" pop up. It doesn't matter if I close it, or if I continue through all 5 steps and press Done at the end. It pops up and interrupts me EVERY time I load in to the site to do some work. I'm paying to work, not to have intrusive ads thrown in my face constantly, especially when I've seen the danged thing a dozen times now and I can't find any way to remove the new toolbar at the top.

I began using Quickbooks with the QB Self Employed product, and used it for years until it was discontinued for Solopreneur. Instead of switching to that, I was advised to switch to QBO Simple Start, so I did. I found this difficult to use, so I cancelled my subscription after a few months of not being able to figure it out.  Last week I decided to try Solopreneur, but subscribed to it under the wrong user ID. I then cancelled that subscription to try and re-subscribe under the correct user ID, but was shown two different error messages both times I tried this: The first error message said that I cannot subscribe to Solopreneur based on my subscription settings. I have no active subscriptions, so this is confusing.  The second error message said that my business already has a Solopreneur account. Again, I cancelled that subscription so that I could re-subscribe under the correct User ID.  I'm at a loss as to where to go from here. Live chat is apparen

How can I get back to prompt  "are you sure you want to exit qb"  I use qb desktop;  I had the prompt now it is missing

Anyone else having issues connecting to their bank that won't get resolved? Quickbooks hasn't connected to my bank since 1/7. It just keeps saying the connection isn't available. I can't even try to re-log in, when I try to edit the sign in info it says it's currently unavailable. It's been fine for over a year until now.

The information I have uploaded for the customers has duplicates and incorrect information. I need to remove and start over.

Trying to resubscribe and it asked me to update my company info to continue. I did that. Then it says "unable to load address form, please try again." Its been saying that for days. How do I get around this?

I noticed that with QBO, I am able to create a sandbox company for free, but I had to get a 30 day trial in order to view and test data from within QuickBooks itself. I need to also test payments, which requires a higher tier version of QBO. Do I have to purchase this just for testing a sandbox company?
