QBO Not fixing expired connection

QBO says there is a "better connection" for all my main bank accounts and they need to be fixed. When I click the link to fix them, it jumps to another screen that says, "Updating an expiring connection," and has a button to "Reconnect now." The button does absolutely nothing. There is no feedback, no action taken, nothing. I pay for this service, I need it to work.

Since you’re seeing the “better connection” banner and the “Updating an expiring connection” screen, and the “Reconnect now” button isn’t responding, which is unusual behavior, I recommend contacting our live support team during their available hours, as they have the right tools to investigate this issue further.
 

Here’s how:
 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company and click Help (top right).
  2. In the Search box, enter a brief description of your issue.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Click 'Yes,' then choose 'Yes, connect me' to get connected with an expert.
