Since your transactions aren't coming through at all, let's troubleshoot by performing a manual update in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Here's how to do it:
Go to the Gear icon and select Manage Accounts.
You'll be routed to the Bank accounts page.
Click the Refresh all button.
Alternatively, I suggest manually importing your bank transactions via an Excel CSV file into QuickBooks.
Here's how:
Go to the Profile ⚙ icon and select Imports.
Choose Import Transactions.
Follow the onscreen steps to upload the CSV file.
Click Import.
You can also check with your bank if there is a maintenance. If none, I recommend reaching out to our Live Support team. They can investigate the connection directly and provide further assistance.
