Receipt snap not working
Hello all, I have been using Quickbooks for my small business since last June, mainly to create Income Statements and Balance Sheets. Until recently, I have been manually entering the sales and expenses in their respective categories/accounts I created to show exactly what I want to see in my income statement. However, I just integrated my Shopify and Etsy accounts to my QB account, and it pre-categorized all of the sales, discounts as expenses, with no option for me to review and categorize them how I was before (I don't want to categorize each individual sale, but in Shopify I can see the total sales from my online store versus different pop-up events which I would like to see and categorize each pop-up's sales on my Income statement). The bigger problem is, the Shopify integration went back further than what I needed (I only had Q4 left to do of 2024), and it has messed up all of my past income statements with duplicate revenues and new accounts on the income st

Is there a way to import data from qbw files (Quickbooks Desktop) to the Online Advanced version (Global)?
I have the eBay app connected and it usually imports the payouts automatically without any issues. However, there’s one specific payout from 5/20 that wasn’t imported. I can see the deposit in my bank account, but I can’t match it because the corresponding transaction is missing. How can I manually import this payout, or is there another way to get that eBay payout to appear?
QBM file was desktop
An over-payment received from an imported payment is handled by clicking the resolve option, this saves the payment as a deposit. When I generate a statement or a receipt the over-payment is not included. How do I fix it so that the over-payment is saved as credit not deposit
import qbw file to QBO
when I initially accept for the data to be imported they are all correct but once I categorize them , the dates change. if I uncategorise them, and manually change the date, it changes but the moment I categorize them it changes the date again to 1/01/1970

I need to import a data spreadsheet into QuickBooks. The data comes from GoCardless. How do I do that?"
That's my first month on QBK (QuickBooks) online and in my company, we use 2 currencies, on QBK desktop I was able to make my expenses report on HTG for those whishes were made on Haitian Gourdes et USD for those wishes were made on US Dollars, now I can't find the way to do that on this platform. I need it for my financial report.
I have created csv files in exactly the same format, and I managed to import the first 3 accounts without any issues. Then when it came to number 4, 5 and 6, I get a message after I press the import button that there may be something wrong with the file and they can't import.
There's at least two of these entries of the same amount attributed to new cards with absolutely no activity ever.
