Subscription problem

I have created a Quickbooks online account and I am trying to subscribe to Quickbooks Plus but my payment details are not being accepted.

 

When creating the account, I selected Jersey as the Country and now when trying to enter my payment details there is a 'County' field which creates an issue, as Jersey is not a County and not on the drop down list. If I select a random County, my bank details are not accepted.

Issues like this when entering the account's payment details is usually due to historical data on your browser that's stored for a very long time. Let's try some basic troubleshooting steps to check if that's the problem. 

 

Start by accessing your QuickBooks Online account using an incognito page. See these shortcut keys to open it:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

If you're able to enter the information with ease, then you'll have to clear your regular browser cache. If not, I suggest using another compatible browser. Otherwise, contact our Customer Care Support for them to investigate further and provide the best resolution to this.
