To whom this may concern. I have been trying to start my account from $0. Some of the info transferred from my bank didn't transferred correctly. I have tried to purge but it did not let me. I see that the next option is to cancel and reenroll. I tried to chat with the help department but Wayne was useless to my needs. If I cancel and reenroll will I be charged again? I am very disappointed in the help I got today trying to get an answer to my question. 

Hi,I want to ask, what is the purpose of SKU when each product/inventory item needs to have a unique name? Which means I can forget about the SKU field and just name my product whatever to track!! Does it not defeats the purpose for having SKU's? What seems sensible to me is to be able to set different SKU's (obviously - as these are unique to each item) and then to be able to use these for the same(one) product name. i.e.    Product Name:     SKU:1. Machine               SKU12. Machine               SKU2 3. Machine               SKU3 etc. See attached excel file, where i have an equipment with different SKU's which I am hoping to import to QBO.  I would be delighted if this can be sorted out soon, because our trial version expires soon (02/15/2022). I am getting this error when calling for a report using the C# SDK. The error I found on line at Quickbooks said it was because I had the wrong plan,so I upgraded the plan to Advanced, but am still getting the same error. I have posted questions on line in Quickbooks but the answers were not associated with the question. I also did a few chats on Quickbooks where those people could not answer the question correctly either. This is the error I am getting:BadRequest. I have never had such a hard time getting ahold of support team, besides Quickbooks. I get a different answer each time and a bunch of team members who do not care about helping me find a resolution. I have been scammed by an app integration THROUGH Quickbooks online protal and although Visa is dealing with the Fraud end of it, Quickbooks is claiming NO responsibility for the scam, which fine okay, but they aren't removing that scam company from the app list and still won't help me find a resolution even though it all happened in THEIR program.The chat is absolutely useless on any issue I have had. Getting through to someone to talk to you on the phone is IMPOSSIBLE. And when you do talk to someone they have no idea what they are even talking about.  I was now overcharged by Quickbooks themselves and I still cannot get through to them to get a resolution?Should I save myself the headache and switch to another software?? Signed one EXHAUSTED business owner, just trying to

Hi,I'm in the process of setting up a company in Ecuador. I meet with the accountants today, we will have similar accounting needs to the ones that we have in the U.S., does Quickbooks have a version that can connect with Ecuadorian banks? Is it possible for this same version to run in Spanish so that reports are generated in Spanish? Thanks a lot!

Hi Everyone!We have Quickbooks Premier Edition 2013 with 3 users.1 for admin, 1 for me, 1 i don't know whose I've been trying to install and open QB in my colleague's (P) desktop but message keeps saying that we have utilized the max users. I managed to access QB from P's desktop before but that time I was not using QB in my desktop. Previously, I was using the desktop account of previous accountant (N) which has QB access. Then, when I was given my own desktop account, I logged on to QB in the same PC & using the same username I was using before. After that P cannot open QB anymore from his PC.I am guessing that the 3rd user is registered under N's desktop account? I learned that support for this version is no longer available. Anyone can help me please. 

Hi Experienced and Knowledgeable Users! My situation is as below: For January, my director had to pay our office rental through his own personal bank account due to circumstances. On my side, I have made an entry under Expense Claims that the company paid back the rental to the director.However, I am not sure how to create another Expense entry to match with the Expense Claims.Please do let me know if I am unclear.Thank You!

Hello,I have been entering my payroll checks manually the day that they are issued, but they are not always cashed until a week or two later.  I am a small business owner and I know enough to get my daily numbers entered, but my husband questioned my process of when I was entering payroll checks and being able to match them with bank records when they are cashed.  I have not had an issue with them at the end of the month, but I need to find out from someone that knows more about this subject if I am doing it correctly or not.  Thank you. Barbara
