I’ve had a payment on hold / with held since June 2025 in my account. I received NO EMAILS! NOT ONE! I’ve tried numerous times to reach a live person with no luck! Nothing shows in resolution. I’m trying again today and will have to seek legal help as it’s been almost a year!! $2100!
