I too had a very similar issue in February 2021 and the Risk Management Case worker closed my merchant services account on March 1, 2021 with no explanation. Usually you would get an email with an explanation letter of what is needed with a case number or why the account and case is being closed. I have yet to receive any of that. I would definitely like to speak with someone at a management or higher level regarding the incident. The person that handled the case was very rude and nasty. It bothered me so bad that I called back in to file a complaint and it was noted by someone else I spoke with when I called back in later. All of a sudden, My merchant account was cancelled without warning, and they could not tell me why. There was NO documentation in the case or my file as to why. The only person that could make the decision but the risk person that had my case. I feel this is in retaliation for my original complaint that was documented in my
I asked a question yesterday and was emailed that it received an answer, but every time I try to access the question and answer, the forum immediately flips right back to the Community Home Page before I can even view it. Like it shows it for a brief half second and then flips right back to the Community Home Page. I’ve even tried opening it in several different browsers and it does the same thing. I even tried to quickly hit Ctrl+A to select all and Ctrl+C to copy the selection to hopefully paste it all into a Word document to read it and it just happens to fast to even use those key strokes - and I’m fast on a keyboard! Is anyone able to see my question: “Customer Payments Issue - QBDT Pro Plus 2024” and copy and paste it here? I can’t try the resolution if I can view it! TIA!Paula
We receive Customer Payments that include more than one invoice, so when I go into Receive Payments, I apply the payment to the invoices that our Billing dept tells me to. Sometimes the payments include what’s called a “Recoupment” which is where the Customer takes a credit against an invoice that’s not one of the invoices being paid on the payment, so it reduces the payment. I’ve tried issuing a credit memo and applying it to the payment, but it doesn’t reduce the payment, it simply reduces the invoice amount due. I’ve tried using Discount. but again, it does not reduce the amount of the payment, or I should say, it doesn’t reduce the amount shown under APPLIED in the bottom RH corner under Amount for Selected Transactions, in order to match the Payment Amount that I entered above in the entry screen. A simple example would be: Payment Amount: $250.00Applied to:Invoice A = $200.00Invoice B = $100.00Invoice C = -50.00 (Recoupment) If I can’t find a solution, I’m forced to use the “mes
Hello all, Our bank has been bought by another bank. How do I change our banks name in chart of accounts?or do I just stop using that bank and make a new one all together? not sure how this works for our tax stuff. Appreciate the help as we are new to this and are a small plumbing company who manages QB in house.
Hello, My company currently uses Enterprise Solutions 21 and received the notice about service ending on 5/31/24. What are my options? Is there another Enterprise Solutions or will we need to transition to QB Online?
I along with my partners are unable to login into QB mobile for the last 24 hours. It gets stuck on “loading your information”. I’ve done everything I could to get it up and running. I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Updated to latest IOS. Restarted my phone multiple times. I’m running IPhone 17 pro max. Any ideas would be helpful. thanks!
How do I add a holiday balance?
My husband and I are partners in our LLC. We would like for the business to start making contributions to our HSA. How do I set that up in Quickbooks Online?
I like to have my invoices set up in system, but always send them manually. Why is QBs all of a sudden auto-sending? How do I get it to stop?
Hello, Pretty sure I know the answer to thisI work for a MSP, we have a client using 2021 version, the Intuit login screen just spins and never loads. I assume the login was blocked out due to the version being EOL. Company file is goodJust the online Intuit account.
I have tried to log into Camps.intuit.com on three different browsers. My password is accepted and then I get a blank screen. I can see that something wants to appear for about a second and then nothing. I have cleared browsing history. I was just trying to do the silly 2024 Desktop update that was advertised in an email. Not important but, why is there always a problem for $1300 a year. Any tips on doing the update would be great. Thank you.
I believe we need to set up a quickbooks payments account but I'm not sure how to do that.
HOw can Intuit legally take money from our client’s bank account 7 months before the tax is due and put it in Intuit’s bank account ? Does not seem legitimate. This seems very very dicey to me. I can see no justification whatsoever for this action. CA does not have a RIGHT TO REFUND like NY and a few other states.

I want to sit the Quickbooks Payroll exam but I cannot find it in the ProAdvisor portal. I have already taken the exams for the Proadvisor and Advanced Certifications.
how can i get technical support when i already have a case number from my call-in yesterday? my bank feeds stopped working, and as a "solution" yesterday one tech person had me do something that caused all of my bank accounts to disappear !!! i have used QB for decades and loved it. today, not so much. yesterday they said i would get a call-back from their engineers, but by the time the call came in i was unable to take the call. did they leave a voicemail?. no. an email? no. i basically had to start all over again today, even though i have a case number - that is apparently meaningless because here i am again today sitting on hold for hours just to hopefully get through to someone who can help - someone who will take my case number and give me some answers. I don’t trust their “call-back” request offer either.
In settings it says cancelled but I remain to be charged
When a payroll direct deposit reversal is submitted in QuickBooks Online Payroll and the reversal is successful, does QBO automatically update the employee’s payroll records to reflect that the funds were reversed? For example, does QBO make any correction or adjustment to the employee’s profile/paycheque history, or do I need to manually adjust the employee’s payroll records after the reversal is confirmed?
Please help so client can complete the bank setup themselves directly.
as above
I received this response to a question I had the other day: “QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2021 doesn't display the exact number of days left on your 90-day login session. Once it expires, you will just be prompted to log back in with your username and password when you open your company file. This login session is completely separate from the mandatory 90-day password reset. The password reset is a strict security requirement where QuickBooks asks all users to create a new password every 90 days to protect your data”. Regarding the 90-day mandatory password reset, I’ve read about people being completely locked-out of the program and they have had to contact Intuit for support. Is this something that typically happens, being completely locked out of the program?
How do I restore a backup from desktop quickbooks to the online quickbooks. I have tried using movemybooks but they have cannot do it because they say I have a QBB file rather than a QBW file. Can backups be restored from this file?
Dear QuickBooks Payments Support,I am writing to formally escalate an issue that has remained unresolved since May regarding the additional processing fees we were charged for manually entered (keyed) credit card transactions. Our company has been using QuickBooks Payments for quite some time and currently has three active merchant accounts. One of these accounts processes a significant volume of transactions because we manage events and regularly collect deposits and final payments from clients. Many of these payments are processed using customer authorizations to manually charge their credit cards.Throughout our time using QuickBooks Payments, we understood that our credit card processing fee was 2.99%, as this is what is prominently displayed when creating invoices and selecting payment methods. At no point during setup or within the invoice payment workflow was it made sufficiently clear that manually keyed credit card transactions incur a higher processing rate of 3.5%.While reconc
