Trying to generate a report that will show sales by price level for a date range. The goal is to determine retail sales vs wholesale. I cant seem to find the right filters to do it.

Quickbooks not resolving issue to add Washington, DC as a drop down in payroll. We have a Case file and have been waiting for MONTHS. We are now looking at other payroll options and will have to do the data migration all over again. Are there other people in Washington, DC using Quickbooks online payroll? Have you been able to resolve this?

I am trying to resolve an issue with the new Square Connector. It was hanging during the upgrade. I tried to disconnect/reconnect. The disconnect seemed to work fine. When trying to reconnect, I get the following message: Your Square account is already connectedYou have already connected a Square account to QuickBooks. We currently only support one Square connection per QuickBooks company.. I only have one company - so there must be something else wrong. Anyone have any ideas? 

The instructions to switch from one account type to another state to use the "upgrade" button in the accout menu. I cannot find this button anywhere. Where is it?

I do NOT want to set up payment through QBO. How can I stop this popup.

What in the world just happened with the "Square Connector" update?  When I go to Create > Bank Deposits there are now FIFTY SEVEN PAGES (57 pages!!!) of transactions that just magically appeared the other day when I had it previously cleared out because we keep our books up to date (photo attached).  These transactions total over $150,000 and go back 2 years!  This will completely destroy my bookkeeping, what is happening?  How do I fix this?  I'm completely frazzled by this disaster.  I'm also shocked I haven't found anyone else asking about this, am I the only one?  Please help!

Yesterday when I opened up our QB (Desktop Pro Plus 2024) there was a pop up message stating:“Your Quickbooks subscription has expiredYou will lose access to Quickbooks if you don’t renew within 7 daysAdd your billing information to complete the payment and renew your subscription” I did find the same question being posted last year, and one of the responses from a member of the ‘quickbooks team’ said it was just simply a matter of QB not yet recognizing the renewal and that it would resolve itself and to be sure QB is updated.In our case, we renewed in May 2026; we have the latest updates, and the pop up did not show up until yesterday, a full 2 months after we renewed.Why are we getting this message 2 days in a row and what’s going to happen at the end of this supposed term? We don’t pay the exorbitant renewal fees just to have our service arbitrarily suspended.

QBO Payroll / Chart of Accounts

I've never been able to upload CSV files into QBSE Online. I've tried every tip I can find online, but to no avail.

I'm seeing transactions for all of 2025 up until early in 2026, then a gap of ~4months, and then recent transactions appearing again. I would like to import automatically if possible, not manually.

QBO Quickbooks Subscription Fees. I am charged monthly subscription fro QBO plus and have paid that for 2 years. Today i got a call from Intuit (and called them back and I do believe it was Intuit) Quckbooks number [PII Removed]. THey are saying that I owe an annual fee in additon of around $450. THis is for the license. When I said I know nothing about that  - she explained Intuit changed their policy last year and Intuit sent email out  in October adding a annual fee for the license. How do I find out if this is an actual fact?  I looked for the email and I did not find it. Has anyone else been charged this?. How do i resolve Intuit keeps calling me to pay this fee and I dont think it is a real fee.

I use QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop - I know QuickBooks created a Qualified OT Payroll Item in Company Contributions which only works with the QuickBooks created Overtime Payroll Item.However, I create my own payroll items as we do prevailing wage work (all different pay amounts), work out of town (different municipalities have different taxes so I need to track that job) and track different labor types for Workman Compensation purposes - I think I can take care of this through the worker comp codes.Is there anyone else out there with this problem?I have a feeling I'll need to create my own payroll item for each of those different circumstances, and manually input the qualified ot amounts and then manually track these to the $12,500 limit.Any suggestions?

The new shipping manager is connected to both UPS and USPS, but compare rates will only show USPS rates. Even if we specifically choose UPS for the package type, and then a service like UPS ground, it won’t come up with a rate. The message we get is:“The Selected shipping service isn't compatible with your package type.”

When adding expenses today i noticed a new field just above the tags field called “K1 Reference Number.” I have tried for hours to remove it using QBO’s new AI helper. It seems that this is the only help available now. When I tried to reach a human being I received a message that said this feature is not available for my plan, QB Plus. Is there anyone who knows how I can either:Remove the field, or  Find a way to talk to someone at Intuit?Thank you![REMOVED PII]ps I am a sole proprietor and do not need this field. 

We seem to have a new box which we’ve not noticed before until today. What is this ‘K1 Reference Number’ field on the bill form? And how do we turn it off as it’s unnecessary clutter.  

The Vender Transaction List tab is showing the following error: PLT-8000 Validation error of type FieldUndefined: Field projectId is undefined.This is happening in QBO via web and desktop app. Is this is a universal Intuit issue?  Is there a known resolution or ETA for a fix/patch?

When I go to track it as Medical, I don't see premiums as an option, only under Business type.

My business is closing and I need to download my data to personal computer. How can I do that?

I just received the email stating the price increase effective October 2026.I would like for someone to justify to me these ridiculous increase amounts.  With these continued increases year over year, it makes it hard for small accounting business like mine to continue, not to mention the increased cost my clients will incur for their software.
