I transfered over from Quickbooks Self Employed to Quickbooks Sole Trader Plus. I need transactions from financial year 25/26 but they are missing/rules not applied etc?

I did download summary data but not the list of transactions which I need for 25/26 tax return. Can I move back to Quickbooks Self Employed to retrieve this? Thanks!

I've just upgraded to QuickBooks Sole Trader Plus and payments from clients are no longer being registered on the app. How do I get these transactions to show again?

Is there another app that you have to move to? I haven't found a specific Sole Trader Plus app but maybe I'm missing something. I've also tried updating my app and refreshing my bank connection multiple times - none of which has helped.

County printing as abbreviated two letters

On invoices, delivery notes and other documents, the county is printing as only two letters. There is an ongoing case, 15143391032.  Each time I ask for an update I am told "tomorrow".  I'm tired of asking so I ask you to update everyone here. This has been ongoing since August or September when the document changed.

When I go to send a customer an invoice, I can edit it on the box on the left, but it now doesn't change in the box on the right. It always used to! Help please!

"Review and send: Email the invoice to your customer. Adjust the email if needed, then select Send invoice." - This now doesn't work.

Bank transfers: There is nowhere to record the locations

When I am recording Bank transfers there is nowhere to record the locations so it ends up in a 'not specified' column. I have the location tracking switched on. Consequently, my reports are as useful as a chocolate teapot. Is there a solution to this? We pay extra to get Locations and classes so it's not really good enough
