I have quickbooks self-employed. One of my customers prefers to pay thru quickbooks, so I invoice them using quickbooks and they pay that way. When quickbooks transfers it to my account they charge me a fee
Quickbooks cannot find the page "Add New Customer" Help
I need to migrate 8 years historical data from Sage to QuickBooks Online Advanced.
I knew how to do it in QB Self Employed, but I have just "upgraded" and there doesn't seem to be any way to mark an invoice as having been paid!
I need to talk to customer service for quickbooks desktop regarding my invoice.
How can I get a report of all the purchase orders I've created?
Cancel subscription
I want to revert to Self-Employed, as it was much easier for me to use.
I initiated a cancellation for Super Batch ID 3650360 yesterday (02/07/2026), but the status is still stuck in 'CANCELLATION INITIATED'. Because of this, the system is locking the pay run data and I cannot recreate a new super batch for the period 01/07/2026 - 02/07/2026. Could you please help to force cancel or unlock this batch from the backend so that I can filter and submit the superannuation again?

We receive Customer Payments that include more than one invoice, so when I go into Receive Payments, I apply the payment to the invoices that our Billing dept tells me to. Sometimes the payments include what’s called a “Recoupment” which is where the Customer takes a credit against an invoice that’s not one of the invoices being paid on the payment, so it reduces the payment. I’ve tried issuing a credit memo and applying it to the payment, but it doesn’t reduce the payment, it simply reduces the invoice amount due. I’ve tried using Discount. but again, it does not reduce the amount of the payment, or I should say, it doesn’t reduce the amount shown under APPLIED in the bottom RH corner under Amount for Selected Transactions, in order to match the Payment Amount that I entered above in the entry screen. A simple example would be: Payment Amount: $250.00Applied to:Invoice A = $200.00Invoice B = $100.00Invoice C = -50.00 (Recoupment) If I can’t find a solution, I’m forced to use the “mes

Hi! I am in 2024 Desktop Premier Plus - Manufacturing and Wholesale. And just last week under my customer center, I have main customers and then I create jobs under them and when doing so it brings in the main information of address, phone numbers etc. and on Thursday last week it started bringing that page in blank. Rebuilt my data file already. (screenshot removed for security purposes.)
but my colleagues use the same network and do not face such a problem
I’m using Desktop Pro 2021. I have enabled the “keep user logged in for 90 days”. Is there a way to find out how many days I have left? What happens when the “keep user logged in for 90 days” expires? Is this tied-in with the “mandatory 90-day reset”?
I wish to edit the default choices in the changeable fields in bank transactions, to keep my least favorite choice from being the current default and replacing it with my most used to be the new default choice. The current option is slowing me down and creating errors that I have to repair before completion; that is inefficient.
I've connected my Amazon Seller, eBay and Etsy accounts to QuickBooks Simple Start. The integrations are importing transactions, but they don't appear in my Profit & Loss. The only income showing is the net payouts I've manually categorised from my bank account. I need QuickBooks to record: - Gross sales (turnover) - Marketplace fees - Postage/shipping costs - Net payout matched to my bank deposit At the moment the marketplace transactions seem to remain in the integration pages instead of posting to my accounts. Is there a setup or mapping step I've missed, or is this expected behaviour with QuickBooks Simple Start?
We use QuickBooks Online for a construction company and our staff are often on site. We need the ability to create, edit and email Purchase Orders from the iOS and Android app. Currently this can only be done on the desktop version, which delays ordering materials. It would also be valuable to: * Create a PO from a project or customer. * Attach supplier quotes and photos. * Convert the PO to a Bill when the supplier invoice arrives. * Allow managers to approve POs from the mobile app.
I need to understand what is the wallet under settings used for?
In QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop (Contactors Edition) we had a standard report available called Job (called Projects in QBO) Profitability Summary report. It showed Act Cost, Act Revenue and $ Diff. by Job name. This is a quick view report for management but I have not been able to duplicate or modify a report in QBO to achieve the same results. Suggestions?

For all of us that are all facing the same artificial liquidity crisis caused by Intuit's new "feature" forcing same day withdraws for taxes when payroll is run, Intuit’s response to me was that this is a 'voluntary' feature. As we know, migrating our entire financial history, payroll, and time-tracking is anything but simple, thus they are "holding us hostage"For everyone wondering why they are killing the perfectly functional manual filing button: follow the money. Their own service agreement admits they hold the funds and no interest accrues to us. They are making a profit on our 'float' while we struggle with cash flow.I have officially filed a BBB Complaint to dispute this forced seizure of our operating capital. If you feel that Intuit is overstepping by holding your tax funds weeks before they are due, I encourage you to do the same. A single complaint is a 'user error' to them; 100 complaints is a 'regulatory trend.' Let’s make sure the Office of the President hears us clearly.
