Good morning,I have a transaction that appears to be a duplicate. I have excluded it and then deleted it, however the next day it pops back up ready to be categized and I have no idea how to get rid of it.

Primary Admin won't transfer despite getting a successful report on screen.

I am a pro advisor using the accountant version of QBO.  I have the primary admin for a client's subscription.  I have tried to change the primary admin to the client using Manage Users, and select change primary admin.  I am led through to a verification screen - completed that and get a banner notice on the page saying - "The primary admin was changed".   For 4 days now, it hasn't actually changed and my client is most extremely upset.  I have clips of all these pages.  This happens in an incognito page as well.  Please help.

My employees payslips are showing leave accruals all of a sudden. There should be no leave accruals for employees of my business as we are casual staff with no set hours.

How do I remove these lines from my payslips?No pay categories have the "accrues leave" box ticked.

I'm trying to connect via PowerBI Online Service using someone elses details. It uses OATH2 and won't allow me to connect. Is this possible?

I'm doing the Power BI work for someone else. I go through the OATH2 process, input his details and it refuses to connect. Then for the next few minutes I have to put my own details into teams, outlook etc. Its clearly using my details and failing rather than using the details I enter. Can I input someone elses log in details into the Power BI semantic model data source credentials?
