How do I remove all vehicles and corresponding info from my account since I don't own a vehicle?

I don't own a vehicle and I don't see an option to remove vehicle info. The default is this is a primary car and I can't change that to delete it. This info gets pulled into my tax return to TurboTax and creates issues that are difficult to fix. Is there any way to remove this info completely so it won't be pulled into my tax return?

THIS DOESN'T WORK FOR A BUSINESS OWNER I was told to do that through qbo escalation team and now I can't get all of the access and my cpa firm can't grant me access and doesn't have access. This is not good. QUICKBOOKS PLEASE FIX THIS FOR ME ASAP so I have full access to my account. I'm paying for QBO without the full access to where I can't use it like I did for the last several years. Is it normal to have to be on the phone with QBs for 5-10 hours and not have access and/or get problems resolved? I've asked to speak to the IT department to help resolve this issue as it is an issue with your website/qbo/software that isn't working properly. The buck can't keep getting passed as it's my cpa firm not allowing me to use as they don't have access. It can't be the escalation team person's fault that I don't have access. How to get back previous reconciliations suddenly disappear in QuickBooks?

I am using Quickbooks online. I created a new loan account and received an error in the process. After that when I went to my back register previous reconciliations disappeared. I would like to know how to get these back without having to re-enter them. I have reconciliations missing all the way back to 2008. I checked my reconciliation reports and my audit logs and they both show my activity. I did not delete anything.
