I have included the clients' tax id's in their client cards under sales tax registration. When I issue invoice to client, their tax number does not show on sales invoice.

I also when in custom form styles to the template that shows the clients details, and it does not have a box for VAT to click to show on invoices. Any ideas?

Track quantity and price/rate setting is ON but unable to see rate on invoices synced from different application connected to QBO.

Track quantity and price/rate setting is ON but unable to see rate on invoices synced from different application connected to QBO. Earlier QBO used to calculate rate field when amount and qty is specified. Now even when this setting is ON, we can't see rate field populated. We can just see amount and qty information populated.

Hi, I am relatively new to QB. . I tried forwarding an email receipt to QB and was told "We didn't recognize the format of your attachment." What am I doing incorrectly?

How to pay suppliers by EFT? QBO Canada

I'm trying to set up paying my suppliers electronically, EFT, ACH etc. It doesn't seem to be in option in QBO Canada. Does anyone know of any apps or programs to use instead?

How do i differentiate between transactions that i am paying someone else and transactions that i transfer between my accounts. I dont think quickbooks can differentiate?

New to quickbook. Happy for any advice making my book neat.

Are there currently any issues with retrieving bank or credit card statements for reconciliation?

Our most recent Visa statement should have been available around the 15th/16th but when I check for unreconciled statements it isn't there. When I manually update I receive the message "We don't have anything to show right now. Please check back later"
