How to get help within QuickBooks Online

These steps apply to QuickBooks Online Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, Advanced, Accountant, ProAdvisor, Payroll, and QuickBooks Time.

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select (?) Help.
  3. Choose a method to find answers:
    • Assistant tab: Enter your question in the Type or Ask Something field to receive answers or options from the QuickBooks Assistant.
    • Search tab: Enter your question in the Search questions, keywords, or topics field to see a list of related articles.

How to connect with an expert in QuickBooks Online
