I have downloaded my May mileage but the spreadsheet shows no transactions...however I have reviewed all of my journeys in May and can see them in the App...
I tried the help section in the App but there seems to be no way to engage a human being!

To confirm is it the case it shows in the app that the journeys are reviewed for May but you are not seeing this when you sign in via a browser?Could you send us a screen shot of the journeys showing as not reviewed so we can look into this for you.
The Self Employed product does not have phone support however you can reach out here, through the chat or on social media (QuickBooks Uk on FaceBook or Twitter).

i have similar problem i think. mileage logged via your app but when i wanted to download the file with my trips spreadsheet shows no content. cant email or download any data...

There’s an open investigation about downloaded trips not showing any data. This is already being worked on by our engineers, and are getting this issue fixed as soon as possible.

Hello Community Users, We just wanted to pop into this thread to advice the mileage log download issue was resolved in 2019. If you experience any issues with the mileage report showing zero data after download please reply to this thread and we'll take a look at that straight away for you and get you a resolution. Thanks
