What you can do is setup a macro to do it for you since it's a repeatable list of clicks to do. Get your screen to just show the invoices you want to delete, or at least grouped together. Like, for me, I go to sales, then filter by open invoices, and sort by price. I'm trying to get rid of thousands of $0.01 late fee invoices that were generated in the past. You could sort by name or whatever also.
Then I setup my macro, and record deleting one. I then set the macro to repeat x times and let it go. since the dispaly will remove the deleted one, it will be replaced by the next one to delete. It takes some time, and quickbooks starts to crash with out of memory errors once you get to about 100 deletions in a row. Just keep an eye on it and restart as needed. Saves your hand from lots of work. I use a program called doitagain to perform the macro.
You can see my macro running in action on this video where i reported the memory crashes.
I know this is older, but how are you doing your macro? I have used them in excel, but would love to know how you are doing them through browser. Is there an app?
Helping you find an application to delete multiple invoices is my priority. Let me point you in the right direction.
You can look for a third-party application that allows you to delete multiple invoices since this feature isn't an option for us right now. Please visit our Apps page through your QuickBooks Online account.
Here's how:
Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
From the left pane, click on Apps.
Search for apps in the search box.
QuickBooks displays the list of applications available that matches the description you entered. Once you find the right app, click on it to open.
You can also visit this link for a better view: https://apps.intuit.com/. From there, you can find different apps that are compatible and designed to work with QuickBooks Online.

I know the importance of having this feature added in QuickBooks Online. This simply saves much of your time to do other tasks.
You have the option to manually delete multiple invoices by using the Batch action feature in QBO. To do this, please follow the steps provided by my colleague ChristieAnn. Also, I'd recommend sending feedback to our product developers to improve some of our product features. I'll show you how.
I understand how you feel about having the option to delete multiple invoices. As recommended by my peer RoseMarjorieA, you can look for a third party application that allows you to do that while it's still not available in QuickBooks.
Don't worry, I will relay your concern with our product developers for future developments.
We're constantly working to provide even more features and functionality in the app. In the meantime, I encourage you to visit our QuickBooks Blog to find out about these updates.
