You can easily edit, delete, or restore recently deleted list elements such as accounts, terms, classes, products, or services.
You can easily edit a list element:
Select the Gear icon on the Toolbar.
Under Lists, choose All Lists.
To edit a customer or vendor/vendor:
From the left menu, select Sales or Expenses.
Under the Toolbar, select Customers or Vendors/Vendors.
To delete a list element, you'll want to follow these steps:

If you have deleted something from one of the lists, you can use the List report to restore the deleted element.
Above the Action column, select the small gear icon, then check Include inactive.
Select Make active.
The steps to restoring list elements differ slightly for deleted products or services.
Under Lists, select Products and Services.
Now you're able to edit, delete, or restore recently deleted list elements.
