I'm a dog walker and I'm trying out QuickBooks Self-Employed for the first time. Up until now, I've created individual client accounts using my own spread sheets, manually entering the work done versus payments received. In this way, I can see if a client owes me money or has overpaid. I don't invoice clients each week, clients just make bank transfers as per the walks they want. Now, I want to be able to create individual client accounts more automatically from QuickBooks, but I cannot see how to do this. I've imported the bank entries and tagged each one based on which client is which. (I did this by clicking on each payment description to reveal each client's name.) However, I can't see how to generate an individual client spreadsheet to check work done versus payments for each client. Can anyone help me with this please? Thank you.

Writing this as a query we have around one of the aspects of QuickBooks, does something called "Customers Jobs" ever exist in QuickBooks Online? We are just trying to spot this anywhere in the QuickBooks if at all available. Any assistance would be hugely appreciated! Many thanks in advance!Saurabh

I used my private bank account from Oct to Mar to purchase stock and fit out my shop before we opened. I then opened a business bank account where the majority of my transactions take place now. To make it easy to capture all the relevant business transactions over the Oct to Mar period I linked QB to my private bank and downloaded all the transactions from Oct.  I have been through them and Excluded those that are personal and categorised those that are for the business. There are 316 transactions categorised and 209 that are excluded. How is the best way of now reconciling the bank account. It appears to be a problem because of the excluded transactions that I am looking for guidance on how to resolve in my books.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello! I had quickbooks online on my android phone with a paid subscription on google play store. I moved over to iphone and deleted my subscription thinking I could resubscribe on the App Store. So at the moment I really can’t see how to subscribe again to access my full account. Has anyone had any issues like this or is there a way I can contact customer support?
