You can start by signing in to your QBO account using a private or "incognito" browsing mode. You can also switch to a different supported browser. Also, clear your cache and refresh your website preferences, as these may also affect your QBO experience.

Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
Click on Help (?).
In QB Assistant, type in the topic or question you need help with.
Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent in the Search tab.
