I’m having an issue with saving my bank account through the app and my browser on my iPad. I get to this final stage and it doesn’t allow me to save.. nothing happens.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
If you've noticed your bank connection dropping every few months, requiring you to reconnect and re-enter your credentials and you don’t know why. This is for you. It's one of the most common questions we see on the QuickBooks Community, and the good news is: it's not a bug. So why does it disconnect? Under Open Banking rules, your consent to share data with a third-party app — like QuickBooks is time-limited. Most UK banks set this at 90 days. Imagine you had a direct line to the QBO product team for five minutes. What's the one construction-specific feature you'd ask them to build? Maybe it's a proper WIP report, better retention tracking, smarter subcontractor management, dedicated cost codes, or something else that's been on your wish list for a while. Don't hold back — the more specific and detailed, the better. We genuinely want to know what would make the biggest difference to how you run your construction business.
I want to customise a sales receipt to use for receipts of donations to my charity. I have managed to rename the template Donation Receipt but my problem is that the words 'Invoice to' still appear above the customer's name and address. Obviously the company donor does not want the words invoice on the form. Can this be fixed, and if so how please.Alternatively, can I start from scratch to make a donation receipt?Thank you.

One of the trickiest things in construction accounting is keeping costs cleanly separated across several active jobs at the same time — especially when the same crew, supplier, or piece of equipment is shared across projects. What's your biggest challenge here? Some things we hear often:- Costs getting tagged to the wrong job (or no job at all)- Subcontractor invoices that span more than one project- Shared equipment costs that are hard to split- Not realising a job is over budget until it's too late How do you handle it, and what could QBO do better to help?
