I am hoping someone can help. I recently had a computer crash. I have been using QuickBooks 2013 on my desktop for 10 years. I have a full back up of my 2013 files. When I try to upload them to the 2024 QB desktop trail version I am unable to. When I try to upload them online I am unable to. Neither option accepts my back up file format. After doing research - I've read the 2013 file formats cant be accepted by the newer versions. I no longer have my 2013 installation disk, but I do have my customer number and validation number which I've provided to QB. I have contacted QB via phone many times - they recommended I try the above - online and trial versions to get my files. They said my customer number and validation number do not exists (I kept a record of them upon purchasing and installing QB 2013 10 years ago when I registered my product) no help or progress from Intuit! Until quite recently, after I posted a journal entry I was able to print it. Now when I print the journal entry nothing loads, it prints a blank page. The journal entry was posted correctly I am just not able to print it. What changed?

We submitted a copy of the letters patent issued in 1974 and supplemental letters patent issued in 1978 and 2015 but Intuit closed the ticket without explanation. We tried several times. Hi everyone,I’m trying to automate customer creation in QuickBooks Online through Zapier, and I need to set each customer’s invoice language to either English or French. QuickBooks Online supports this in the UI under the customer’s Payments section, using the field “Language to use when you send invoices.”​However, when I read a customer through the standard Customer endpoint, I do not see any language-related field in the response.
