I generated an ROE for an employee in December, sent it in as a blk file to ROE in the Web, and after awhile they told me they were having trouble with their EI claim, no ROE assigned. A deep dive led me to look at things closer, at first thinking it was a Service Canada issue. And it was was, sort of. I had to reissue the blk file, and when I found where to look at the ROE copy in Quickbooks, I found 8/18 pay periods were flat out wrong, some more, some less than the actual cheques, and by random vales from 7% to 54% difference. Plus they added 2 weeks in pay periods 26 and 26 ( so 52 weeks and 54 weeks before the layoff, so in 2024. ) and those did not exist. Has anyone seen this happen? I really don't trust Quickbooks with my payroll now.

I had a Quickbooks 2020 Desktop Pro installed onto a Windows 10 machine. Hard drive died. I could not reinstall the software to my new computer. I have just bought Quickbooks Online, i do have all the company files on backup. Can I able to use these backup files to migrate to Quickbooks Online? According to the Migration in the online help, it requires the Desktop version and click the Export to Quickbooks Online. Can I do this migration without the Desktop software?

When is QB fixing the issues from last update? Just changed thing again causing more issues. Stop spending money on advertising and spend it on competent programmers for a change.

I have an error message for all my BMO accounts saying "The old connection doesn't work anymore. Reconnect with the faster, more reliable one now and get back on track. (377)". When I try to reconnect the accounts, after clicking "update now" and then "continue" I get an error message saying "Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://api.bmo.  .com /denyhandler/api/intuit/party-authentication/api-isam-error-handler/generateIsamErrorResponse ?" on this server.Reference #18.ca30017.1683762140.139d89a". How can I fix this? I called Quickbooks support and she had no clue why the issue was happening. 

How do you figure out why the generated T4 Summary is wrong and of course you can't click on the figures to see what makes up those amounts. I have never had an outage like this before. Box 14, Box 16, Box 18, Box 19 & Box 22 all are out.  Originally I saw that Box 14 was out so I put all the figures from the T4s into a spreadsheet and there's where I saw that more than just that 1 box was out. Now how do I figure out where the error is in the report because all the other payroll reports I generate balance to the figures I got adding up from the T4s. Has anyone have this happen to them and figured out how to find the data behind the T4 Summary report figures? For now I'm just using the figures from the T4s themselves but it would be nice to figure out the errors later on. Thank youJanice
