When clicking on the reports APP, there is no response from the system for Standard, Custom or Management reports. In the dropdown only Financial planning is functional?

We received a tax refund from SARS but this is reflecting in the sales by customer summary report. How can we remove this

As I want to type to complete the statement, the keyboard pops up, but disappear too quick to allow me to type. As if it is glitching. I tried to complete the statement on my phone as well as on my laptop.

Good day When I export a budget report using the modern view in Quickbooks Online, some of the cells don't have formulas in them. When I switch back to classic view, the same report has the formulas in them. How can this problem be fixed? At some point the classic view will be removed altogether leaving me with a report that I need to often change, and update, but the totals will not update because of the missing formulas. Regards Kirk

I'm preparing financials and want to pull a TB. I realised that the TB balance is missing some transactions that I have posted and which appear on the transaction listing.

I have notes on payroll checks and customer accounts.  I want to add these notes to the payroll report and to the customer contact report.  Is this possible?

1. do I create an expense - I thought this was autmatic when I uploaded the receipt?2. do I select "action" and review receipt and this will then pull it through onto my VAT report?
