Thank you for joining us here in the Community, @Aaronlilburn. I'll provide details to ensure your transactions in QuickBooks Online will be accurate.
You don't have to exclude the transaction. When you use QuickBooks Online's bank feed, you can add or match transactions to make sure QuickBooks Online matches what's in your real-life bank account.
- From the left menu, go to Banking.
- Click the Banking tab.
- QuickBooks displays an outlined green box beneath the Category or Match column that indicates a "1 record found" message to the matching transaction if QuickBooks find a possible match for the bank transaction.
- Tick the boxes next to the transaction and then Accept.
- Click the deposit transaction. Then hit the Find match radio button for multiple invoices. It will take you to the Match transactions page, where you can select the transactions you want to match.
- For duplicate records, mark the box next to the transaction.
- Choose Exclude.
