Our company started doing a nightly bank sweep into a money market account. A portion of the bank balance is swept out after hours and returned in the morning. I received our first statement and I'm having trouble with how I should record this in Quickbooks. Specifically, in September, the statement ends with 3 of the withdrawals being swept out but they were not returned until October. What is the most accurate way for me to set this up and record in Quickbooks?

It would be SUPER Useful if you allow Is there a way to reorder the Accounts in my Chart of Accounts in Quickbooks Online? While learning about tip changes with the BBB 2026, I updated a payroll item I should not have and my tips figure was left off the social security and medicare tax calculations.  The tips are in the employees gross wages, but the correct taxes were not taken out. Any ideas on a fix for increasing my ss & mc wages and taxes?

Using QB desktop, current version and updates...monthly:a copy is sent to the accountant…a few days later,, the file with changes is available  from webI click to import… The changes are shown.. I reviewI then print the changes,,, I do not attempt to save to PDF :: QB always crashesi import the changes.. and then...QB automatically attempts to create PDF  and crashes. I open the task manager  and end the QB task.I open QB and check that the changes have been entered.Been doing that for years.==========Last weekQB crashed as usual.   but the changes had not been imported.Tried to import again…. the web informs me that there is no file available. The account sends the file again.Import indicates the file is not correct for this period.I export a file with last month’s closing date, and try to import.  No joy.I create an accountant’s copy, and try the import again…..Nope… not correct file.It appears the crash flagged the import as successful….The accountant is currently adding the changes

The bundle screen that asks 'What do you want to cancel?' no longer cuts off content or pushes the 'Next' and 'Don't cancel' buttons off screen on phones and smaller windows. The same fix applies when you resubscribe to a bundle. Finish canceling or resubscribing without resizing your window or switching devices.

Once an invoice payment has been fully refunded, 'Refund from invoice' no longer appears in the invoice menu and the 'Process credit card' button on the refund receipt is turned off. Previously, you could submit a second refund that would fail only after saving, with errors such as an invalid amount. No more chasing refund errors for money that's already gone back to your customer.
