When a customer pays a deposit on an estimate through QuickBooks Payments and you convert the estimate to an invoice, the deposit is now applied to the invoice. Previously, the deposit could also stay behind as a separate payment in Undeposited Funds, so it showed up twice. You no longer need to delete the extra payment by hand after each conversion.

Payroll tax payments now move to a final status automatically once the related tax filing is finalized. This keeps your tax forms from showing payments as pending after the money was already withdrawn. You no longer need to wait for a manual update to see the right payment status.

Budget vs Actuals custom reports now open with data instead of a blank page for affected companies. Previously, clicking the report showed an empty screen with no error. You can review your budget results again.

After you create or change a class budget, the budget column on the Budget vs Actuals report now shows the updated amounts. Previously, the column could show no amount for the class. You see current budget numbers without extra steps.

The Budget vs Actuals report now stays populated after you customize the date range (e.g. Q1) for affected companies. Previously, the budget figures could disappear and the report could load as a blank page. You can review quarterly results against your annual budget.

The Budget vs Actuals report now shows data instead of a blank page for affected companies in QuickBooks Online Canada. Previously, only the export button appeared above an empty report. You can review your budget results again.

In the modern view, the Budget vs Actuals report now fills in the budget column so its figures match the Budget report. Previously, the budget column could be empty. You can trust the comparison against your budget.

When you schedule a custom Budget vs Actuals report that is filtered to one class, the Excel file that is emailed now honors that filter. Previously, the file listed all classes, with actuals only for the filtered class. You get the same view in the email as on screen.

When you add a memo to a Receive Payment transaction in the Undeposited Funds check, the memo now saves. This keeps the payment details you record with the transaction. You no longer have to re-enter the memo.

The Budget vs Actuals and Budget Overview reports now open from the Standard reports page without the 'We couldn't load this report' error. Previously, the error appeared for some companies. You can run both reports from the standard list again.

Emailing the Budget vs Actuals report from QuickBooks is fixed. Previously, emailing the report did not work. You can share the report without exporting it first.

Our small organization is going back in time to do some necessary cleanup.  As I am attempting to reconcile our bank checking account, I am finding that some checking account transactions are not present on the reconcile workspace, however those missing transactions are listed in the account register and journal postings.  I assume that the transaction were imported directly from the bank, but I am not the one who entered those transactions.  Per the account register, the transaction missing from the reconcile workspace are categorized as deposit, transfer, expense and journal.  Can anyone provide any insight as to while posted transaction would be missing from the reconcile  workspace and how to fix it?

Very annoying! Every 7 days when I open my company file, QB asks me to log into my Intuit account (so I can use Payments, Payroll and TSheets).  We don't use any of those features.  I shouldn't have to log into an Intuit account!  It's a security issue - I do not wish to open a connection to Intuit wherin it might have access to my organization's financials.  If we don't need Payroll, Payments or TSheets, we should not have to access an Intuit account and with so much hacking in the world today, we should not have to open up a connection to Intuit that could possibly expose our data - it's not secure no matter how much security Intuit tries to bake into it. How do I stop Quickbooks from requesting that I log into my Intuit account?  Is there a way to turn off this nagging request - so far the best I can do is to select the option that says Remind me in 7 days.  Where is the Never remind option or the setting to turn it off or the smarts in the ap

When we were first forced to migrate to QuickBooks Online, we could pay well over 20 invoices at the same time when paying bills by check. One of the latest updates has now limited that to 20 invoices at one time.  This is intensely prohibitive when you have multiple bills per vendor due.How can you remove the 20 bill limit when selecting bills to pay by check in QBO?

I have around 500 Customers setup on my system with payment terms already set on them. I need to change the payment terms now so that all customers are paying at the same term rate. Is there a way of doing this without individually having to go into each one and changing it?

My home currency is in JPY but I billed and created bill in SGD, but the balance use JPY1=SGD1. Abnormal revaluation in profit and loss accounts

I'm using QuickBooks Online Plus.Until recently, I could click the reconciliation-status column in my checking register and have ALL uncleared transactions grouped together at the top, regardless of transaction date. That functionality appears to have disappeared.I have approximately 26 uncleared transactions among 954 register entries. Clicking the checkmark column no longer groups all 26 together. Filtering by "No Status" hasn't resolved the display issue either.I've spent several hours with five QuickBooks support representatives, including higher-level support. They suspect the newer register interface may have changed this functionality, but nobody has been able to confirm whether it's intentional or a software defect.Interestingly, Intuit's own documentation still says the register can be sorted by reconciliation status. My questions: Has anyone else experienced this recently? Can you still sort ALL uncleared transactions to the top of your actual checking register? Has anyone

No connection has been made and nothing has Syced. This has been going on for over a week now. I have contacted BoA and they state that QB has ended their relationship with them and I have conta

I’m missing about 8 months of imported bank feed. I’ve updated my bank connection. It is current with the last several months available but still has a large gap in banking activity. How do I recover the missing information? Do I risk unlinking then re-establishing the bank connection or would I lose all current data?

All transactions are missing. I tried downloading and importing the missing transactions as a csv but I repeatedly get the message "Darn, File upload Failed"

I’m using QuickBooks Desktop Accountant 2024 (subscription), Release R21P.I have multiple company files that use Bank Feeds with Bank of America. QB has prompted me to change my OLB connection from Bank of America - New to Bank of America QBDT. Here is what I’m seeing:1. Wondering if there is a limit on the time that pulls, maybe it depends on the bank.
