The duplicated transactions don't seem to follow any pattern.

Documents are done. Bank said its good to go. Quickbooks have been contacted twice. They have said they are working on it. Have not heard from them either time when they said they would email me.

my bank is connected to my account, transactions fron 2025-2025 are not appearing. current 2025 ones are. i just need to recover them for tax time

My back feeds have stopped. Is QuickBooks no longer affiliated with Commonwealth Bank

Hirecenlty CBA updated netbank security and everytime I login QB tells me there is an issue with the beed & to fix it.  This requires a notification to my app everytime I refresh QB feed. I was sent an email to fix this and to connect a direct feed, or in my case 'get a better connection' since I have a CBA feed already. However, when I click the suggested link to "link account" there is NO option to get a better connection, and if I go through the process of direct feed the bank account I need it linked to is not available to chose in the list since it is already linked to a feed. If i remove the feed it says the bank account will no longer be available in the transaction page!!! why can't I see the "get better connection" choice in my file.  

Constantly getting a message that it’s having trouble connecting my bank account and to try again later. Any ideas on why?

Is it easier to delete my account and start again?

My understanding is that QBO doesn't currently support direct feeds for credit cards, so I'm not sure how to set it up with a Standard Feed.

Hi Team, I've been a loyal customer of Quickbooks for 8 years. 1 thing which is extremely annoying and forcing me to change accounting systems shortly is that you don't have a solution to match transactions for Money In in a bulk situation. i.e. my clients pay 30 invoices in one hit but I have to match each invoice manually one at a time which costs me so much time. There should be an option to paste multiple invoice numbers in the search bar and for those invoice numbers to appear, not just one at a time.

we use bank connection to feed card transactions so that they can be categorised. However, once the card expired and you have new card and you connect it. The old card connection is still showing up and saying its not connected. How can we delete the old connection so that it does not clog up the screen.
