QuickBooks Banking import

I can help fix your banking concern, vanialip.

May I know the exact wording of the error message you're getting? This way, I can figure out and share with you the best resolution promptly.

In the meantime, I recommend signing in to your bank’s website to check for notifications that need your attention. You may contact their Technical Support to see if they’re performing some maintenance.

Also, unexpected errors while working with your bank transactions can be caused by corrupted files on your browser. You can fix this by accessing your account using a private window. This mode prevents the system from using stored internet history, passwords, or cookies.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts for each browser:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

If you can successfully upload your bank files into the system, clear the cache on the previous browser you used. This way, the system can start fresh again. Alternatively, utilize other supported browsers to bring your bank data into the online program.

Here are resources to ensure you can import bank transactions successfully and solutions on how to resolve bank errors:
