Payroll is creating a new bank account once processed. tried merging the new account with the actual bank it should go to but I still can't match them. its not appearing

Can't match the payroll payment with the processed payroll because the transaction is not appearing in "match" despite updating payroll settings and merging the bank accounts.

Hello, I am looking for a short concise payroll preview report that I can send to a manager for approval BEFORE, I submit payroll. Anyone know how to get this?

The regular payroll preview is far too long for the manager. I need, Date, employee name, net pay. Sage 50 does this with ease. I can't believe there is no way to this in QBO.

Android app issues with adding items

In the android app when creating estimates you can no longer insert items between other items. Only at the bottom then drag them up. And when you drag them up there are all kinds of glitches and errors that are caused.

Is anyone else having trouble getting the payroll update? My subscription is active, updates are on automatic. The other updates have run but I can not see a payroll update nor does one happen when I run all updates.

Missing taxes on supplier invoices QuickBooks desktop

Hello, We use an ERP to integrate our invoices to QB, once we sync our ERP with QB sometimes the taxes do not follow. The taxes will need to be entered on a separate supplier invoice manually entered in QB. So here is our issue.  We enter in z on the amount line but still say yes to the tax on the zero line, then add the total mount of taxes missing from the original invoice.  We will not pay both invoice to equal to total amount, but once complete a marked as pay taxes will still show up in the A/P as unpaid. How do we fix this from continuing to happen, if taxes have been missed on future invoices.
