Direct deposit payroll check is not syncing with bank register. There was no error message. Same thing with payroll tax deposit. Why is this happening?

Spent about 20 minutes on a support call with Intuit where they attempted to sync with no success. The call is being escalated but won't be addressed until the weekend. We have only been using the online version for 5 months. How common is this problem?

I'm on the Advanced plan of QBs Online. Is it not possible to upload or edit custom fields in the Vendor list using the Spreasheet Sync?

I tried ChatGPT and it tells me that after launching Spreadsheet Sync I should choose “Start from scratch” instead of “Use a template.” But this options is not available at all.

How do I determine why hundreds of import reconciled records are now showing up as error on my Reconciliation Discrepency Report?

I am monitoring expenses for a piece of work in projects.I want to add a cost to check expenses against budget cost.It isn't a sales item but from reserves.Can I do this?

I want to put a budgeted cost for all the works so that we know we do not spend too much on the project. I can only add a sales invoice to show the overall project budget but the money for this project comes from bank reserves so there is no one to bill. Can someone help?
