Zoom 45% to 200% fail!

I have submitted the following to Profile through Help.. Feedback in the software

But I feel strongly that Profile has reduced my efficiency and wanted to make people aware.....

Here is what I sent....

You have changed the way that Profile displays on my computer and this will have a negative impact on my productivity.

Your software now ignores the display settings for size on my computer and will allow me to select zoom of 45% to 200%.

100% is based on filling my screen width wise. The smallest size available is 45%. This means that the maximum number of returns I can fit side by side on my monitor is TWO. Previously I could fit four or more returns side by side.  And could see fully from top to bottom.

I have a 34" 4K monitor which is set to 125% scaling.

You need to allow zoom settings down to as little as 20%

I do not want returns to appear MAMMOTH size on my screen (which is what I see at 45%)

I want to be able to see forms from top to bottom. You have made that impossible. Literally.

Your developers are programming for themselves, not for users

Do you realize that screens normally display in LANDSCAPE mode?

Why is 100% based on the WIDTH of my screen. It should be based on the HEIGHT of my screen, if anything.

Simple fix... allow zoom smaller than 45%... at least down to 20%.

Bigger fix. Ask users for input before making unnessary changes.

Just to give a sense of perspective as to what Larry is saying.

Zoom 45% to 200% fail!

Today, Monday, I am at the office. This computer had not yet been updated to 2022.3.5

The monitor here is NOT 4K. The resolution is set at 19820 x 1080

I observed the size of the Profile display on the screen before and after the update.

Here I find that the 45% resolution of the post-update closely matches the display pre-update.

So this is not an issue on this computer

Perhaps the problem then lies with display only on high resolution monitors. But those are the monitors used by those of us who want to be more efficient. The change in the way things are displayed and the lack of a zoom less than 45% takes away any advantages of using higher resolution monitors!

This needs to be fixed, please

I am having the same issue as Larry.  I need to have the ability to customize the level of zoom.  Currently your product is unusable with the current zoom settings available.  Please provide a resolution.

Zoom 45% to 200% fail!

This is absolutely terrible.  Our office updated and we have 7 workstations suffering the same issue.  Definitely not as efficient.

Zoom 45% to 200% fail!

I agree with the topic, this problem appeared after the last update. All letters and numbers are abnormally giant, zooming to 45% is hardly working for me. I cannot see the entire Summary page - it doesn't fit my screen, not to mention opening 2 pages same time. This season is crazy busy but I found time to complain because Profile made it even harder to work this year.

If the problem remains unfixed and there will be no reaction, I'll think twice about renewing Profile for the next year - they made it almost impossible to use this program now.
