i have tried 6 times on section 5 always missing by one question all grades are 75%. Some of the questions have 4 correct choices and you have to be lucky to pick the winning one I guess. After calling and complaining, I received the run around blah ,blah, yadda, yadda and basically study harder. Listent I have a couple of degrees own my own tax business for over 40 years and I have NEVER been frustrated like this. I use Intuit accounting software and tax software excusively and always have, It may be time for me to move on from them as it appears they could care less.
