CAMPs log in issue

I have tried to log into Camps.intuit.com on three different browsers.   My password is accepted and then I get a blank screen.  I can see that something wants to appear for about a second and then nothing.   I have cleared browsing history.  I was just trying to do the silly 2024 Desktop update that was advertised in an email.  Not important but, why is there always a problem for $1300 a year.  Any tips on doing the update would be great.  Thank you.

I have also tried to log on using my cell phone's browsers.  I get the verification pin texted to me and see a very brief glimpse of the page and it disappears.

Also, while in QB Desktop I have gone into "My Company" and clicked "Manage Your Account" and the disappearing act happens with this route also.

Let's perform another troubleshooting step to log in to your CAMPS, SDP.

I appreciate you performing some solutions to get this sorted out. Another troubleshooting to ensure that there are no underlying factors such as damaged cookies, internet files, or add-ons causing the problem I recommend switching to an incognito or private browser. By doing so, you can eliminate the possibility of any extensions or cookies interfering with the website's functionality and determine if the issue persists.

Microsoft Edge:

  1. Open Edge.
  2. Hold Ctrl + Shift + P to switch to In Private Browsing.
  3. Go to camps.intuit.com and log in.

Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Hold Ctrl Shift P to switch to Private Browsing.
  3. Go to camps.intuit.com and log in.

Google Chrome:

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Hold Ctrl + Shift N to switch to an Incognito window.
  3. Go to camps.intuit.com and log in.

Safari for Mac:

  1. Open Safari on Mac.
  2. Hold Command Shift N to enable Private browsing.
  3. Go to camps.intuit.com and log in.

If you cannot access camps.intuit.com using a different incognito or private browser. In that case, the strict anti-virus settings on your device may be blocking the connection to the website. This can happen because some anti-virus software is designed to block access to certain websites to protect your device from potential threats.

To resolve this issue, try turning off your anti-virus temporarily or tweaking its settings to allow access to camps.intuit.com. If you need help disable or tweak your anti-virus settings, visit your anti-virus app's support site for more detailed instructions. Alternatively, you can seek help from a computer expert who can guide you through the process and ensure your device remains protected.

I tried the incognito option on 2 browsers with no luck.

Its strange that it would be anti-virus software suddenly causing the problem as my phone does not have any anti-virus software and the result is the exact same as on my desktop.

I'm having the same issue.

Why does the screen go blank after entering my login info?

@keeny62

You can't use the same email address to manage more than one CAMPS. You have to contact Support to fix your issue.

This problem is often caused by corrupted browser cache or outdated cookies, Glenn, which can prevent web pages from loading correctly.

To resolve this issue, I recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies or accessing the page in a private window. You can also try using a different supported browser for a better experience.

For additional troubleshooting steps, please refer to this article: Troubleshoot sign-in CAMPS issues.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Live Support Team so they can thoroughly investigate why accessing the website results in a blank screen.

Please don't hesitate to return to this thread if you require additional help accessing the CAMPS page. We're 24/7 available to help.

I had the same issue but it was directly related to requesting changes in Admin, Contact person, owner etc, that  were messed up. After Intuit finally approved changes  in administration at my company file it worked fine. It took weeks for Intuit to get all permissions straightened out..

I cannot complete the payroll update so I can pay my payroll taxes and process my Payroll Tax Returns. We are on Windows 11, what can I do to fix this problem?

I understand how important it is to resolve this so you can complete your payroll update and pay taxes, @LetMeIn484. To fix this, I recommend updating QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release to ensure downloading the latest payroll tax table.

Before updating payroll, ensure there are no pending payroll transactions, as these can block QuickBooks from completing updates. Knowing the common reasons beforehand can help you troubleshoot effectively.

  1. Outdated QuickBooks Desktop software—ensure it's updated to the latest release.
  2. Once it’s updated, download and install the latest tax table update.

If the issue persists, you can review your payroll data to check if any possible adjustments need to take place before updating your payroll tax table. Please follow the resolutions below to further resolve this issue:

  1. Paychecks created before the update that need to be voided and recreated.
  2. Payroll items or employee setup errors, such as incorrect tax rates or wage limits reached.
  3. Software could snap sometimes due to too many programs being opened at once— closing and reopening QuickBooks after updates fixes them shortly.
  4. Paychecks already sent to Intuit could require payroll corrections instead of being voided by utilizing the Revert your employees' paychecks feature.

If you have already tried the steps above, you’ll need to contact our QuickBooks Payroll Live Support team to review your account and further collate data to fix this promptly.

I used my credentials to join this conversation, and I was able to login but I can't login to cancel my subscription.

The screen goes blank after typing my password and hit enter.

We understand how important it is to get your subscription cancelled right away. Please know that a corrupted cache can stop pages from loading properly. To rule this out, you can access the Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPs) in a private window or consider switching to a different browser for a smoother experience.
