I invoice/get paid via an agency who take a small fee for admin regarding CIS payment. How do I deduct that from my customer invoice to them?

I've signed up for a payment link to add to my invoices. Is there an approval time, as they aren't showing up? I've checked that everything is toggled on in the accounts and settings tab.Thank you in advance, Jane 🙂

Is it just me, or are other users of QB Sole Trader experiencing any number of issues with this product? I upgraded just over 2 weeks ago now, and after migrating, gone were all of my transactions pre Jan 2024. I cannot connect to any of my bank accounts,  my payment details don't appear on my invoices (yes, I've filled in the relevant details in the settings screen), none of the links to customise any of the features are working (all return a 'page not found' error), transactions that did migrate all had incorrect categorisations!I've spent a considerable number of hours on online chat sessions with support staff, been on long telephone calls, and sent numerous emails, but nothing is getting done.Their only suggestion to date is to upgrade to a more expensive level, but they don't specify which!I'm justifiably nervous about another upgrade, as I'm worried that I'll still be faced with the same issues. I'm just a one man band who just needs to be able to track my spendin

I have checked my location is available and have green ticks beside all the permissions. I have also tried tracking individually but get nothing, even though the little icon at the top of my phone says auto tracking on. I'm out of ideas. Please help

When I scan the receipt with my phone, the program does not connect it to the appropriate transaction in Quickbooks

every time I log in or swith accounts I get a nagging "upgrade" in various locations. It's quite invasive. I do not wish to see those

looking in the 'All Apps' section there is no 'Income Tax' section? It was available before the recent chage to QB. Can anyone help set up income tax to allow MTD reporting?

When I try to match this month's payroll payments to the bank feed, I am getting this error message. I tried clearing the cache and reloading the Transactions page. Shall I just wait and try again tomorrow or is there a fix?
