Is there a solution for a page freezing after entering 1 character in the client field when creating an invoice. The entire page is unresponsive after this input.

the client information is the same for every invoice. once I put the first couple of characters, it then populates the correct client info. I'm not doing anything different, but now it just freezes. I have tried using different browsers but the same problem occurs.

Does anyone know how to update SMTP on my invoice sending settings? I set this up in 2019. It is not a current feature and I cant see how to update sender domain

Just going through my newly linked account but not sure how I should record the following: An Invoice was created in previous software and payment shows in my now linked bank account. How do I go about recording/posting these payments. Transaction Type: is it Deposit or Sales receipt.Account: Would it be Sales or Services (Invoice is for Labour)From/To: CustomerProduct/Service: Do I use this section? Can we OPT-OUT from AI-powered banking? I don't care about "streamlining, convenience etc". Happy to continue using QB manually as I have been for the past 11 years.

I don't want to give permission to QB AI to scan all my banking - as my personal and business banking are closely connected, and don't want my transaction details to be scanned and stored by an unverified 3rd party, subject to data-breach etc.
