Where can I see my transaction reminders? These used to be on the dashboard, but they have disappeared, and I don't know how to get them back.

I have several transactions (journal entries) that need to be edited and processed each month. These usually appear each month on the dashboard for me to edit and enter each transaction. They no longer appear on the dashboard, and I can't figure out how to get them back. How can I get them back onto the home screen / dashboard?

Re: multi-currency. When I revalue currency it creates a Foreign Currency Loss/Gains for my USD account and posts in my P&L. Unrealised gain/loss should not be in a P&L

My Bas Statements disappear after I lodge them - where do they go? How do i bring them back?

Last month and agin tis month I l;odge my BAS through the Quickbooks link - then - my BAS statement just disappears. donesn't show as TO DO or under history - there is nothing in my payments section - it just does not show up - where is ti - how do I get it back?

I registered for Beam, in preparation Pay Day Super, before I had marked last month's super contributions as "Paid". I didn't realise that Beam would immediately take over after registering, and thought that I could create the super contributions and then there would be an option to "Mark as Paid". Last month's super contributions is already lodged with the previous clearing house.

HiWe are using QBOL with D-Tools. We are using inventory function I will have to invoice from quotes. Is there an add on that will let me bill quantities not %/Totals?

Is there an addon that will work with Dtools & give me quantity invoicing? My Company part invoice - % doesn't always work ie 33% & Totals mean that you have to work out pricing line by line. Neither option is great - % gives you inventory issues & Price totals is not great for productivity.

How do you handle retention in your QBO books — found a method that works?

Retention (holding back 5–10% until the job is signed off) is standard practice in construction contracts, but QBO doesn't have a built-in retention feature. That means most of us have had to figure out our own workaround.We'd love to hear how you manage it:- Do you use a separate 'Retention Receivable/Payable' account?- Do you adjust invoices or use credit notes?- How do you make sure the retention shows clearly on your balance sheet?If you've cracked it, please share your setup — it would help a lot of people in the same boat!

I have one permanent employee who is accruing personal leave but it is not showing on payslip. How do I fix this just for them, not casual employees as they don't accrue.
