I need to start from zero as I haven't used the app for a long while. How do I restart the app to zero to start again

I’ve just upgraded to sole trader plus from self employed for MTD. The upgrade happened, got an email saying it was done and logged in to the account and I’ve got 1000’s of previous transactions now showing as unpaid. Anyone else had this and found a fix? Support are saying wait 72 hours, which won’t do anything other than delay me fixing the problem. 

I am forwarding a receipt to my QuickBooks as I have a 1000 times and it's not appearing. I have tried photographing and uploading to, again it does it but it won't appear? Anyone else having problems?

I migrated over from the old sole trader quickbooks which simply showed me all the income in one place. I'd enter it manually and attach my invoice as a document and log it as business income. I'd also do the same with my expenses. However in this new version which is far too detailed for my needs as a freelance writer, I can see my expenses quite clearly but nowhere can I see one place with all my income. What am I not doing right?

I did download summary data but not the list of transactions which I need for 25/26 tax return. Can I move back to Quickbooks Self Employed to retrieve this? Thanks!

When I am recording Bank transfers there is nowhere to record the locations so it ends up in a 'not specified' column. I have the location tracking switched on. Consequently, my reports are as useful as a chocolate teapot. Is there a solution to this? We pay extra to get Locations and classes so it's not really good enough 

We ordered items from a supplier and paid in full. Then cancelled some items and a refund has been received. I have bills for all the items received but how do I match the overpayment and refund in bank? (Overpayment + bills leaves the refund as a balance but no way to match)

Where / how can I set-up rules for uploaded receipts In the example, belowThe rule I've created in the transactions screen for this supplier hasn't been applied in the receipts review screen, so the bank / credit account , tax type and account/category are blankdespite already having an account category set-up for this supplier, the receipts review screen has mis-categorised the Account/Category to "Dividend"despite scanning a VAT amount the Tax type is blank

My business earns a lot of money in USD, but since I'm from the UK, I obviously use GBP. Whenever I transfer money from PayPal to my Bank account, it first converts to GBP and then sends it. My setup looks like:- Integrated PayPal account using QuickBooks Integration with PayPal - This is a GBP Account- PayPal USD account to the Bank Accounts so I can track all the USD expenses and payments in the same PayPal account (since integration isn't multicurrency).- Business Bank Account where I transfer the PayPal money intoWhat's happening is that if I set transactions as a transfer from Bank Account and say it comes from the PayPal GBP account, it works fine. It's GBP to GBP. However, whenever I try to set a transfer from my PayPal USD account to the PayPal GBP account, it converts the USD to GBP exactly, so $100 = £100, which is obviously wrong. Hi everyone, totally new to QuickBooks and looking for some advice. I have run a Dog Walking, Daycare, and Boarding business from my home for the last 18 years. With MTD coming in, I decided I needed to get QBO to help digitise my bookkeeping and accounts. Our home utilities, mortgage, etc., are paid out of my wife’s and my joint personal account. 60% of our home is used for the day-to-day business. Previously, I would record the 60% utilities/mortgage interest, etc., in a simple accounting spreadsheet and transfer the 60% portion of the bill from my business account to our joint personal account. Now, using QBO, how do I record these transactions correctly? Do I create a new expense category in the Chart of Accounts, i.e., “Home Use for Boarding/Daycare”; list each payee (i.e., Octopus Energy, Northumbrian Water, Lloyds Bank, etc.) within this category and record the 60% portion? Do I snap copies of monthly invoices for the utilities? How do I snap the monthly mortgage interest as no

Have tried everything. Very confusing!

It is a link to our bank who charge for this facility. I want to remove it from the customer invoices so they have to pay another way.

How do I change the default copy of "Your estimate is ready!" In my busienss, we do not send estimates, we send quotes. Olly
