I have a vendor that I pay automatically via credit card. They charge the card for each invoice and there are hundreds per month. Is it possible to pick multiple invoices for payment in QB Desktop, but record payments individually instead of as batched? I'm trying to find a way not to open each invoice and pay to save time.
Quickbooks handles all credit card payments from our customers. I am trying to complete the Self-Assessment Questionnaire A. As the TPSP, Quickbooks needs to provide written information so we meet the Questionnaire’s requirements. I need a link to the document(s) needed or contact information for someone who can help. QB’s "help/ contact us" folks don't seem to know anything about credit card processing or PCI compliance. The Merchant Payment Terms of Service, QB’s Attestation of Compliance, and QB’s Attestation of Validation do not meet the requirements.12.8.2 requires a written agreement from QB, stating they are “responsible for the security of the account data it may store, process, or transmit on behalf of the customer or to the extent the TPSP may impact the security of a customer’s cardholder data and/or sensitive authentication data.”12.10.1 requires an incident response plan, which requires a way to contact QB immediately if there is an issue.
Connecting your bank account and categorizing transactions function as a single, unified workflow: after linking your bank, transactions are downloaded automatically, allowing you to review and confirm QuickBooks Online's recommendations. Without the connection, every transaction is manual entry. Without the review step, automated suggestions go unchecked and your reports end up wrong. Get both right and your bookkeeping shrinks to a quick weekly check-in. How Do You Connect a Bank Account to QuickBooks Online? You connect your bank through the Banking menu using your standard online banking login. QuickBooks Online uses a secure, read-only connection to pull transactions from your financial institution. It can see your transactions but can't move money.Step-by-step: Linking your bank or credit cardGo to All apps > Accounting > Bank transactions. Select Connect account for your first connection. For additional accounts, select Link account instead. Search for your bank or credit c

How can I change my direct deposit
I can not print reports, e-mail reports, or save as PDF’s in quickbooks. It says I am missing a component
I just logged into my Quickbooks and see that they will now be automatic filing/paying all of my taxes for me. The issue is, I do not have employees and with my business set up there are certain taxes that Quickbooks says I need to pay that I don't since I am exempt from them, but I can't turn them off. Not only that, I really prefer to pay things over EFTPS manually. I am at a loss. Is there really no way to avoid this auto payment and filing? This is an absolute deal breaker for me, is there ANY way possible to avoid this? If not, I will need to move to a new platform. Help!

Why is QB charging a per employee fee? I already buy the tax table. Then I run payroll, there is no additional cost to QB, so why are they charging me.
How to Schedule and Manage Federal and State Tax Payments in QuickBooks Online QuickBooks Online manages two distinct types of tax payments: payroll tax deposits for business owners with employees, and quarterly estimated taxes for self-employed individuals and sole proprietors. Payroll taxes are calculated and submitted electronically through QuickBooks Online Payroll on your IRS-assigned deposit schedule; estimated taxes are calculated by QuickBooks Online's tax estimate feature and paid directly to the IRS via IRS Direct Pay or EFTPS. Which category applies to you determines exactly where to go in QuickBooks and what steps to follow. This guide covers both tracks, including where they overlap. What's the difference between payroll tax deposits and estimated taxes in QuickBooks Online? Using the current version of QB Desktop Enterprise, and the in-build Bill Pay (powered by Melio), should there be charges for paying vendors via standard ACH payments?Looking for information on whether Melio is supposed to be charging $.50 per transaction for every standard ACH payment made. Please advise if anyone does or does not have to pay this.Detail:I see several resources and had been told by both QB and Melio representatives that there should be no subscription and no transaction charges when using Bill Pay from inside QB Desktop and paying via standard ACH. Now that I’m signed up and validated, I see it says $.50/payment.QB articles (e.g. https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-article/pay-bills/pay-bills-online-quickbooks-desktop/L6WGM9bGo_US_en_US) indicate is is free. The text on page states: “Are there any fees? The Bill Pay service doesn't carry any extra subscription fees. It's included as a free online offering within your current QuickBooks Desktop produ

Please someone tell me how to get out of this black hole that is modern view. My P & L will not sort correctly. I want it sorted to match my chart of accounts. You would not think that would be a big ask since I would assume probably 90% of QBO customers would want the same. I do not want to redo all of my financials and reports that I send out. Our budget and everything else is sorted by our chart of account numbers and QBO refuses to be normal and allow the same. Is this a way to get people to upgrade to some other version? I have QBO Online Plus. Someone give me some good news and tell me that there is way around this.
Correct: The payroll stub inside the Team>Employees “print pay stub” shows $87,400.00 YTD GrossCorrect: The Summary report shows $87,400.00 YTD GrossBUT Wrong: The paystub on the Workforce app shows $93,862.75 YTD GrossWhat the employee sees on their workforce app is wrong because it adds qualified OT twice (its both included and a line item qualified overtime tracking)As a result Fred thinks he has grossed $93,862.75 but he has only grossed $87,480.00The qualified overtime tracking amount of 6382.75 is doubled.
A client is closing her business and so she cancelled her Enterprise Desktop account. My CPA is requesting supporting information on some entries and we need read-only access to the client’s account. The client is unable to access her data and a call to QB customer support is telling her she only had access to the data for 14 days after closing the QB account. My understanding is that we had a year of read-only access. Is it different for Enterprise?
Tried to download from my banks and reconcile to my Quickbooks for MAC, which I do weekly, but now program is preventing the importation.
This is a new feature in Quickbooks online and just finished reconciling balance sheet where the difference is exactly the amount of the payments made in 2025 trouble was i had already matched those transaction earlier in the year and when this new feature was implemented I had clicked link and it caused a double payment how do I know I check the audit trail and saw that the cpa had to delete those entries. I hesitated to delete them without checking with our cpa she handled it. anyone had any similiar issues?
