The old OneSaas eBay connector worked well, but the new one doesn't seem to include shipping costs. I usually sell with "free shipping", but the actual costs are deducted by eBay from the total amount. This means the amount I receive is never the same as QuickBooks thinks it should be.What I am seeing in my accounts is the sales receipt at the full price, any deductions applied at the time of sale, and the transaction fees....but nothing for the shipping costs I had to pay.Is there a better way to manage this, or do I have to manually enter a transaction for each item shipped in order to be able to reconcile the control account? Thanks

I've tried changing but won't let me. But will this affect my MTD

I am using the correct email and UK accountant login page. I previously used this account and have ProAdvisor Level 1 and 2 certifications. I have not logged in for about 3 months. Now I get “We can’t find an account with what you entered.” I already tried different browsers, devices, and clearing cache. Password reset also doesn’t recognize the account. Is this due to account deactivation, or how can I regain access?

I've recently used the receipt upload and it seems to be really slow and creates duplicates (up to x5) - It kept saying certain receipts had failed and for some I had to save to camera roll and then upload- anyone finding the new changes have made Quickbooks worse?
