when ive excluded a transaction in my business account, it hasnt updated my business turnover.

Using the app I realised I can not link invoices to the customer. I’ve signed in using web browser and it’s now saying I have to re link my bank account. I’ve several emails to say that it has been re linked. But every time i re use it I have to do it all again

No changes have been made on our side but HMRC won't accept our FPS submission. The Government Gateway details are correct so something is wrong with the format or content of the FPS generated by QB Payroll.

The client is no longer in business, never paid me. I have downloaded the data and I want to cancel the subscription but the only option I have is to transfer which the client does not want. What do I do?

Quickbboks has attached some 'rules' to transactions that are not incoluded and ognored ones that are

the unfile action isnt displayed so can you unfile or delete it or confirm if it has been actually submitted to HMRC I also have a second return, I am unable to submit it due to the incorrect dates being selected, however I am unable to amend the dates or delete the return, can you either amend the end date to 28/12/25 or delete the return

I've already spoken to Monzo and they've said it's a QuickBooks issue? But I'm not too sure

I currently use tags for locations that our business operates and always had doe. When tags was going to be removed I upgraded to access the locations feature. To quickly sort transactions in the bank transactions page I need to have 'tag's as a column to save having to go into each transaction. Is there a way to do this? Failing that I would be open to using locations as they were intended but I would want this to go back to the starts so can I bulk convert tags to locations? Or can QB do this for me on the backend if I provide a list of if tagged with X then mark as location Y? Thanks,

No transaction for the CAF Cash account imported since 12th December.

CAF Cash bank feed stopped working on 12th December and hasn't imported any transactions since this date.
