How can I change/update this?

client name only appears as the promo client code, not the company name on my list. Maybe I didn`t set it up correctly How do I change it to appear on my practice list by company name?
It seems that the modern view has the fiscal dates as the default Financial Year dates. This is very frustrating as we have to change the date manually now and it leaves the possibility of running the wrong report if we forget the dates change. The classic view seems to have the correct setting but every time if we click on an item and click on back to report, it reverts to the modern view with the incorrect dates. This is unsatisfactory as we spend so much time now just selecting dates.I will be seeking alternative products for all my clients.
I can see the amount is selected correctly and I can see the box is ticked correctly. It just doesn't update once I save it.
When I look at the audit history the transactions is described as 'indirect edit by system'
Hi,I'm Payrolling the benefit for a shared company car but I'm finding that the value of the benefit being calculated in Quickbooks is too low. Has anyone else noticed the same? The Price for Car = £13995Using an Appropriate percentage - 30% = £4198.50but QB rounds this down to get a Cash Equivalent of £4198The car is shared between 5 employees, so I make that £839.60 However, QB is truncating the amount and using £839 to calculate the amount to be payrolled. That means I'm 60p off for each employee each month, so by the end of the year I'll be £36 short on the amount payrolled. Is this a bug or my misunderstanding? I've put the Benefit calculation log below. ThanksJames Total price for car with accessories £13995.00Minus capital contributions £13995.00Using an appropriate percentage of 30%After applying percentage £4198.00Number of days available 365Number of days in year 365Cash equivalent based on number of days available £4198.00After takin
Hello I've attached the issue. It seems to get to the point in the modern reporting view where all the remaining classes just group into 'Other' and those figures that you can see in the 'Other' column can't even be clicked to open up any sort of transaction report. This isn't an issue in the classic view. In the classic view, it simply shows all the classes. Does anyone know how to fix this to show all the classes in modern view? Not an issue now but if classic view gets removed in the future then it will be. ThanksJack
Before the update i could change text before sending the invoice
Frustrated! the batch edit button within sales (all sales) is greyed out again!I've been onto support and tried clearing cache, different browser, incognito etc but the issue is still there. My own IT company say all the internet browsers are up to date and say it must be a QBO issue. Please help, this feature is the main reason we went with QBO to edit multiply invoices each month. Thanks,Angela
I have noticed that when i go to submit my monthly CIS report that some of the sub-contractors totals are low (missing payments made) When I check suppliers account etc, its all there. Correct dates etc. I have tried logging in and out but not correcting itself. I had unsubmitted a file because of it.
Hi,I was in the process of reconciling an account and noticed that five transactions from a previous period have been accidentally deleted. Is there a way to retrieve the details of these transactions and see how they were previously categorized?Thank you.
I've just switched from self employed to sole trader due to issues with reciept snap in SE how can I import all old data
I need to put customer’s delivery address on invoice as it’s different to the invoice address how do I do this
Now beyond upset about these year on year price increases. Essentially it appears that Intuit just keep on price matching with Xero/Sage, or they all keep pulling prices up equally. Here we are again in 2024/25 and yet another 17.8% increase in monthly subscription for QuickBooks online.Previous year 2023/24 was a 16.6% increase for QuickBooks online essentials. So that makes 34.4% over 2 years! There is no other explanation for this other than simple extortion/price gouging. Let me make one thing clear, I like QuickBooks for the fluidity and efficiency it brings, in the same way I like Microsoft 365 products. But, Microsoft increased their pricing for 365 less in 5 years than Intuit did in 1 year, not much more to be said on that front!Any potential new customers looking at Intuit QuickBooks need to be fully aware, unless anything changes, this will continue at least until pricing outside of the US is equalised, even then I doubt Intuit will relent.I personally see this as borderline
