I understand the importance of promptly resolving the issue, @Angie-R.
I want to ensure that you are capable of sending payroll data in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). Since you're still having some issues with payroll, I recommend contacting out Payroll Support Team. Our payroll team can review your account from our back end to investigate what is causing with your issue.
Here's how:

I spent hours on the phone with payroll support. While she was very nice and trying to help, she couldn't find a reason why my payroll was hung up on the back end! I am not deleting and re-adding my payroll again. I don't have time for it again!! I am currently researching another platform to use. This is ridiculous! I use QB to help streamline my business, but currently it is causing more problems than necessary! I have spent an unnecessary amount of time trying to resolve this.
Please explain on the reset ID. This has happened to me twice, the 1st time I had to delete and re-add 107 paychecks, here we are again 3 months later, and I have to delete and re-add 100 paychecks. Workforce is not on, and we did everything under the sun! The customer service rep was very nice and apologetic… it’s not her fault, but QB needs to do better and come up with a fix. I am seriously considering switching to a different platform. I just can’t bring myself to go through all this work again.
Just wanted to update this thread, in case somebody else is having this issue lately. I had to call Intuit Support, verify my account, then the lady helped me by going to "Help -> Reset Intuit ID Settings" from there, click Ctr + R, which opens a window called "Set Realm ID." The lady told me a new realm ID to enter, then I had to log into my Intuit account (email, password, code sent to phone). Once the realm ID was reset, I clicked "Send" on my payroll, entered my PIN, and it worked. Very easy fix. Just get ahold of someone from support who can give you the correct Realm ID.
