Discrepancy Reports with up to 60 discrepancies now load in full. When there are more than 60, you see a banner with the count and a link to the History by account report. You get a clear next step instead of waiting on a report that won't load.

When you restore a deleted transaction from the Discrepancy Report and its reference number is already in use, you can now confirm the duplicate and finish restoring. Other problems, like an Undeposited Funds deposit or an invalid account type, now show a clear message instead of a generic failure. You don't have to recreate the transaction by hand to get it back.

The 'What happened' section of the Discrepancy Report now shows only an expert's first name when a QuickBooks expert makes the change. Previously, it showed the expert's full name. You still see who made a change without the extra personal details on the page.

When you restore a deleted transaction from the Discrepancy Report, you can now pick or change its category from a searchable list. This is available when your register settings allow editing the category. You can fix the category during the restore instead of editing the transaction afterward.

Fixed an issue where the iOS app showed 'We're having trouble loading Transactions', often with error 10000, when US companies opened their bank transactions. Review and categorize transactions on your phone without retrying or switching to the web.

When the difference on a reconciliation reaches $0, the Discrepancy Report now shows a green checkmark. You get a clear signal that the reconciled period balances again after your fixes. No need to recheck the numbers before moving on to the next account.

If you restore a deleted transaction from the Discrepancy Report and its date falls before your books closing date, you now see a message saying the books are closed. Previously, the restore would fail with no clear reason. You know right away to adjust the closing date or the transaction, without trial and error.

Bank connections for five providers now hit error 350 less often; this error happened when the connection bounced back and forth between QuickBooks and the bank's sign-in. Fewer retries before your bank account is connected and transactions start coming in.

The 'Charge' tooltip on 'Receive payment' and 'Sales receipt' now gives a clearer timeline for when charged funds will reach your bank account. Less time wondering where your money is or contacting support to find out.

When you restore a deleted transaction from the Discrepancy Report, QuickBooks now tells you if a name or list item (i.e. vendor) was also deleted. Previously, the restore would fail without saying why. You now know what to fix first instead of retrying a restore that won't work.

When a 'Needs Attention' alert is about a single deposit, clicking it now opens that deposit's details panel on your Deposits list. Previously, you would land on the full list and have to find the deposit yourself. Get straight to the deposit that needs attention, even when you have many.

I send the invoice directly to the landlord at his address. I used to put his rental in the reference address box. But now this is hidden.

I'm trying to pay a vendor, they sent me a link to the online invoice so I could pay them.  I filled out the details (business checking, rtg number, acc number) and it threw the errorPayment declined.  Your payment method was declined. Please use another method or try again.I checked with my bank (Bank Of America) and they say there are no restrictions on the account that would cause this.  I then tried to pay with an old PNC bank account and the payment went through fine.  How can I get more details on the error?  The error shown on the website is less than helpful and I need to resolve this before I can close the old account.  Any ideas greatly appreciated.

An invoice from a supplier shows up with each line split. I need that to stop. I just want the total as it was previously done. Is there a setting?

The holiday shopping season is approaching, and for small business owners, this is an important time to prepare for increased customer demand, manage expenses, and identify opportunities to grow revenue.According to the QuickBooks Small Business Data Research Hub, its September 2026 Holiday Shopping Survey projects $278 billion in consumer spending, including a record $118 billion share for small businesses. This highlights the opportunity for small businesses to attract customers during the holiday season. So, how can business owners prepare?1. Review your finances. Take a close look at your cash flow, outstanding invoices, and available funds before committing to additional inventory or holiday promotions.2. Plan your inventory and expenses. Review previous sales trends to help estimate what customers may want. Avoid tying up too much cash in products that may not sell.3. Make your marketing count. Consider holiday bundles, loyalty rewards, gift cards, or special promotions that encou

When viewing a customer account in QBO, and on the Transaction List tab, you can filter the type of transactions you see. There are several options like All transactions, Invoices, Credit Memos, Money Received, etc. When you are on All transactions, it also includes Billable Expense Charges (BEC’s) in the transaction list. I have customers with volumes of BEC’s, so it’s hard to view only sales-related transactions in the Transaction List view because it’s flooded with the BEC’s. Is there way for QBO to implement a sales-related transaction view only in the dropdown? This would include only invoices, credit memos, and received payments.

From Oct 1, 2026 the RBC bank transactions was not posted. On Oct 14, 2026, other staff just did the bank reconciliation for the saving account. Go to Chart of Account/ savings account/ account history, I can see some transactions in Oct, 2026. But the bank transactions/ posted category, there is no Oct, 2026 transactions. I ask QBO online support, the staff said no manual function to restore any sink transactions. Try to relink account?

We’ve previous used the CSV to mass change prices etc for my products. Although I can download the CSV file there is now way to re-upload it back?I’ve asked the AI assistant and it confirmed the previous method, then rowed back saying the feature isn’t available when I confirmed that import is missing from the More drops down menu. Please advise as this is going to be very time consuming to batch change items.  AI CHAT LOG: To re-import your edited Products & Services CSV back into QuickBooks Online:Go to Sales (or Get paid & pay) → Products & services On the Products & services page, look for the Import option (often near the top-right, sometimes under a small drop-down/“More” menu).
