Billing address on sales invoice includes the customer name/company. It won't let me delete on an invoice. I need to only pull in the billing address on sales invoices?

Customer name automatically shows on billing address on a sales Invoice. My customer name is a property address and the billing address is the charge to the landlord. I only need the billing address to show on sales invoices

My bank transactions don’t update automatically for months in QB sole trader, now not even manually

I can’t record my payments for my invoices - I tried clearing the cache, uninstalling & re-installing the app, up until recently I was able to manually reconnect my bank account, but after 3 calls with QB support this is no longer working either. They only ask me to do it on the desktop version, but I work from my iPhone.

This is the message that popped up after i had to mess around for 5 minutes to make a simple invoice... why do you persist on changing a simple platform to make it more difficult every month.... the people "YOU THINK" you are providing a servid to are hard working business owners... not degenerate "Digital Creators" like your peers... STOP WITH YOUR BS.... Tell me how to change back to a more normal easy on the eye invoicing platform...
