I have a client for whom I complete and submit their accounts and CTAX on a yearly basis. Due to the software I used to use moving from a pay as you file basis to a monthly subscription scheme, I was wondering if QB had the facility to file accounts and charge a one of fee as opposed to having to set up a full subscription.

I need urgent help getting back into quickbooks desktop. My laptop had an update the other day and then since then I can't get back in. Its not recognising my password and when I try to reset it - it asks me to download an automated password reset tool. When I try to do this, I get an error message "We couldn't find the information you've provided on our records. Verify the information and try again." The information I am submitting is correct but I have a very old quickbooks 2016 which I downloaded from a disc in 2016. Please can you support in resetting my password so I can continue to use my quickbooks? Happy to provide further product details when needed. I have tried everything on your support pages to try and resolve this myself but nothing is working and last option is to get live support from yourselves.  Somebody tell me what I can do to get back in?

How do I get the VAT reporting dates corrected

This is a major limitation. I can generate an Annual Accounts iXBRL file, but I can't transfer this to a client account for filing. I can manually start a return in ProTax for the Corp Tax but it won't let me upload the required Annual Accounts iXBRL. It's madness!

Has quickbooks changed the billing? Should I cancel subscription with apple like the app asks?

How to reconnect to dext
