We recently switched how we were doing our tax rates to Automatic calculation instead of manually setting it, but sometimes we copy an invoice that has the old tax rate set which messes things up. The Sale Tax Lia Report gives us everything and when we click to see the details we get all the invoices (some taxable, some not) I only need taxable amounts AND I only need invoices that aren’t set to Automatic Calculation

When I email a customer an estimate from my phone on QuickBooks online, when I check the activity log it just says added. It doesn't say anything about the email being sent.

I recreated the customized report and it is still now working.

The four columns are Date, description, credit, debit. filled all the blanks with zeroes. Not sure what else to try.

The 0% EU Code is not populating the Vat Return. Has anyone any way around this?".

i need to delete all vehicles because none are active but there's no option to delete them in manage vehicles section

Using QB Desktop Pro Plus 2024, I mistakenly downloaded a bank feeds transfer into a checking account from the wrong savings account. How do I correct this transaction.

My total payroll last month came to $12,736.76.  However, my bank statement cleared $12,736.75.  It’s off by one penny.  How can I get this to clear in QB Desktop so that I can reconcile for the month?

Our bank isn't syncing with quickbooks

I just received the email stating the price increase effective October 2026.I would like for someone to justify to me these ridiculous increase amounts.  With these continued increases year over year, it makes it hard for small accounting business like mine to continue, not to mention the increased cost my clients will incur for their software.

I have some transactions missing on the transactions page between August and September. I attempted to upload an CSV but it showed all those transactions upload on the CSV as duplicates, but they still do not show on the transactions page.

Something changed over the weekend because now i get non stop "upgrade your QuickBooks to things you don't need" advertisements constantly this weekend. I've been logged into QuickBooks and have gotten 5 in 5 minutes!I am already a paying customer and the fact the quickbooks doesn't respect that makes me want to use someone else. this is EXTREMELY disrespectful and intrusive. how do i turn this junk off?5 of these in 5 minutes. it's every time i go in or out of an invoice, i get one of these! how annoying!

Our company had to go into liquidation, this was back in March, the bank account has been frozen but this month an ex employee told me their p45 came through blank, unsure why this happened. I need to correct it and resend it but I have no access to the company money. What are my options here?

Comment mettre mon application en français?

J'ai créé le compte avant d'activer les taxes de ventes, le compte de suivi c'est donc créé automatiquement ...

Currently it is importing all transactions down to the individual items and I am required to manually select the tax for each

Today I opened Quickbooks and I got a pop-up message saying "Quickbooks subscription has expired. You will lose access to Quickbooks within 7 days. Add billing information to complete the payment and renew your subscription".  This is an error because last month I renewed my subscription. I currently have Quickbooks 2024 Desktop Pro Plus "annual subscription". After getting this pop-up I logged into CAMPs and verified my subscription and payment. My subscription is good until February 2026. After verifying that information I hit the cancel button on the pop-up which then let me log into Quickbooks. I then proceed to the Company Tab and selected My Company to verify the license #, product #, and active status which were all correct. I then manually updated Quickbooks and then also did a reset update.  After reviewing other support forums other people were having the same issue with no help or solutions. I then called customer support which they did validate

This client's T1 returns just vanished from ProTax T1 - personal. I can see all of his wife's returns, but none of his returns...

When the Discrepancy Report flags a transaction that was undone or unmatched, you now see a 'Go to register' button. If you already rematched or reposted the transaction, open the register and mark it 'R' for reconciled. One click to the register instead of navigating there and finding the account yourself.
